The micro corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and feels much more luxe than I expected for shorts. I love the relaxed silhouette; it’s polished enough to wear out but still feels like loungewear.

The hook-and-eye closure is such a small detail but it makes these shorts feel way more polished than a typical drawstring pair. The corduroy is velvety soft without being heavy, so they work for both lounging and running errands.

I like the plush feel of the micro corduroy, and the high-to-low hem gives it a nice shape, but the hook-and-eye closure feels a bit fiddly for everyday wear. The fit is relaxed enough for lounging, though it’s not quite as polished as I hoped.
