Mission Short Spey 飛蠅竿

The balance on this rod is spot-on, which makes those long Spey casts feel effortless even when I'm wading deep. Swinging it through a mid-sized river, the midweight action loads smoothly and turns over big flies without tiring my arm out. It's quickly become the first rod I grab.

Picked this up for my local river and the shorter length made casting in tight spots so much easier. It handles both small streams and bigger water without feeling underpowered.

I’ve been swinging flies on everything from pocket water to open runs, and the midweight action loads smoothly whether I’m throwing a short line or reaching across a wider pool. The blank feels lively without being floppy, so I can fish all afternoon without my arm wearing out.
