有機晚安花草茶包

I've been steeping one bag about 20 minutes before bed and the camomile and hops smell is subtle but noticeably calming. The spearmint adds a gentle coolness that makes the whole cup feel soothing rather than heavy. It's become my favorite part of the wind-down routine.

The spearmint really comes through alongside the chamomile, and it’s a lot smoother than other herbal teas I’ve tried. I brew a bag about an hour before bed, and the hops seem to do the trick—I drift off without that racing mind feeling.

I’ve been reaching for these every night for two weeks now, and the camomile-and-hops combo genuinely slows my brain down before bed. The spearmint keeps it from tasting too floral, which I appreciate.
