Wanted to make thicker steak fries instead of standard shoestrings, and this 1/2-inch blade set delivered perfectly. It swapped onto the cutter in seconds and has held up through dozens of potatoes without any warping. Exactly what I needed for more variety in my sides.

Swapping in the wider blade took my fries from shoestring to steakhouse in about ten seconds, and it clicks in just as snug as the original. Cleanup's a rinse and a wipe, no little shreds stuck in the corners.

The 3/8-inch blade is the one I reach for most now, makes thick steakhouse-style fries that hold up way better in the air fryer. Swapping it out takes maybe ten seconds, which is nice since I change cuts depending on what I'm making.
