有機石磨全麥黑麥麵粉 25公斤 袋裝

The 25kg sack is a serious quantity, but the flour itself is so reliably consistent that I’ve already baked three loaves and the crust crackles just right. It’s heavy to lift, but for a weekly baking habit, this bag pays for itself quickly.

The stoneground texture comes through beautifully in the crumb—my sourdough rye has never had such a deep, earthy flavor. The 25kg sack is heavy but manageable, and it’s lasted our family bakery a solid two months.

The 25kg sack is a proper bulk buy, and the stoneground texture gives my rye loaves that dense, rustic crumb I've been chasing. I've gone through half the bag already, no complaints.
