The freshest single-origin I’ve had by a mile—you can tell it was just roasted when the bag arrives. Love that each batch is traceable, so I actually know where my morning cup comes from.
The traceability info sealed it for me—knowing exactly where these beans came from makes the morning ritual feel more intentional. Each bag arrives noticeably fresh, and the single-origin variety keeps things interesting without ever feeling gimmicky.
First cup had that clean, bright acidity you only get from truly fresh beans, and the traceability info made me feel good about where it came from. Two weeks in, every bag has arrived with a roast date that's only days old, so the flavor stays consistently excellent.
