I was skeptical about light ice cream, but this one is genuinely creamy. Those little peanut butter cups are scattered throughout every scoop, and it tastes just as indulgent as the full-fat stuff.

The texture is spot-on—creamy and light without tasting watered down, and every spoonful has those little peanut butter cups mixed in. I’ve already finished a whole pint in two sittings, which says a lot since I usually save these for a treat.

The tiny peanut butter cups are scattered all the way through, so every bite has that crunchy, melty contrast against the smooth light base. It's rich enough that I don't feel like I'm missing out on the full-fat version.
