Pete Townshend, The Who, 1976

The focus in his face while he tunes that guitar is exactly what I wanted to capture, and the black-and-white grain makes it feel like a real moment from the era. It’s got a quiet intensity that pulls you in every time I walk past it, and the quality of the print is stunning.

The grain is a bit heavy for a 1976 concert shot, which softens the detail in his face. Arrived well-packaged, though the print could be a touch sharper for the price. Still a decent piece for a Who fan.
