The 1½-inch size is just right for my daughter's fine hair without being too heavy or bulky. I was nervous the alligator clips wouldn't hold, but they stay put through a full day of kindergarten.

These clips are surprisingly sturdy for their size, and the cotton material feels nice and soft. My daughter’s fine hair holds them perfectly without slipping out. We’re already planning to buy another set.

The little pigtails are just the right size, and the alligator clips hold snugly without pulling her hair. She wore them all afternoon at school and they stayed put, super happy with the cotton quality too.
