Piko Peppers - Piko Riko 辣醬 148 毫升

That tangy, salty kick with the piri-piri heat hits just right—poured some over a simple margherita and it honestly tasted like a whole new pizza. The bottle’s small but a little goes a long way, so it'll last me a while.

That piri-piri heat hits right away but the hoppy note from the beer mellows it out—I've been putting it on eggs and tacos all week. The syra och sälta balance is spot on, not too vinegary.

I slathered it on a leftover slice of pizza and honestly it made the whole thing taste like a fresh, spicy marinara with a real kick. The balance between the piri-piri heat and the tangy salt is spot on, and that subtle hop note from the beer makes it feel way more elegant than a $10 bottle.
