The padded palms actually make a difference on heavy deadlifts—no more digging into the bar. Breathable mesh keeps things cool even when I’m dripping sweat.

The mesh on the back keeps my hands from getting swampy even during long sets, and the padding is thick enough that the bar doesn’t dig in anymore. I’ve been using these for three weeks straight and they’ve held up without any tears.
