Ran this on a week-long flats trip with wind gusts that had my buddy cursing his gear, and the textured coating let me shoot line into places I had no business reaching. The loops turn over clean even with a heavy crab fly, and it floats high enough that mending is effortless.

The textured surface really grips the line nicely through my guides, even when my hands are slick with sunscreen. It shoots through the wind better than any slick line I've used before, which makes those long saltwater casts feel almost effortless.

The textured surface really does help me shoot line further into the wind, which is the main reason I switched. Only gripe is that it's a bit noisy running through the guides, but the extra distance is worth it.
