The shaker is a nice bonus, but the real win is having five flavors to rotate through without committing to a full box. Mixed up fine with plain water and the vanilla one actually tasted decent, not chalky like I feared.

The shaker that came with the ten meals is a nice bonus, and the powder mixes up without clumps if you give it a good shake. I'm down to my last two portions, which is the only downside—wish the variety pack had a couple more servings per flavor.
