蛋白質零食

20 grams of protein per bar is no joke, and the taste is dangerously close to a candy bar. I keep one in my work bag for those mid-afternoon crashes, and it actually satisfies the sweet tooth without the sugar crash.

The texture is genuinely surprising for a protein bar—creamy and indulgent rather than chewy and dry. Each one packs a solid 20g of protein, which makes it easy to justify grabbing one as a dessert substitute after dinner.

The caramel-chocolate one actually tastes like a real candy bar, not chalky at all, and 20g of protein is enough to keep me full until lunch. I've already ordered another box.
