Queen Majesty - 西西里蠍子辣椒醬 - Hot Ones 第26季 - 147毫升

The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion heat builds slow and then hits hard, but the vinegar and citrus notes keep it balanced enough to actually taste the sauce between breaths. I used it on tacos and it cleared my sinuses in the best way possible.

The sweetness from the fruit and vinegar does a great job taming the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion’s raw fire, so the burn feels earned rather than punishing. I’ve used it on tacos and eggs, and a few drops are plenty to get that deep, lingering warmth without overpowering the meal.

The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion heat builds slow and then lingers on the tongue for a good minute, but the fruity kick underneath makes you want another dab anyway. Perfect for spicing up a boring chicken wrap without drowning the flavor.
