Raijmakers Heetmakers - 免疫增強 墨西哥辣椒/琴酒 148 毫升

Didn't expect a hot sauce to be this citrusy, but the lime really balances out the jalapeño heat so it doesn't just burn. Been putting it on eggs and tacos all week. The gin is subtle, more of a botanical note in the background than a boozy taste.

The gin and lime cuts through the jalapeño heat in a way that’s surprisingly refreshing, not just burn. I’ve been drizzling it over eggs and even a plain cheese toast, and the citrusy kick keeps it interesting every time. This bottle’s going fast in my kitchen.

That first dab hit my tongue with a bright, clean jalapeño burn that’s cut perfectly by the gin and lime. It’s tangy and fresh enough that I’m already planning it over grilled fish and in a bloody mary later this week.
