The auto open/close mechanism is so smooth, and that pivoting flashlight actually made me feel visible to cars on my walk home last night. The fiberglass frame handled a gusty downpour without flipping once.

That pivoting flashlight is a game changer — I can angle it right on the sidewalk puddles and cars actually see me now. The fiberglass frame took a proper gust on my commute and didn't flip once, which is more than I can say for my old one.

The auto open/close is so smooth I actually use it one-handed now, which is huge when I'm carrying groceries. The fiberglass ribs feel solid in a gust, and that pivoting light really does make drivers notice me at crosswalks.
