覆盆子萊姆肌酸鹽酸鹽粉末 | Naked Lean Creatine - 231克

Finally a creatine that doesn't leave me feeling like a water balloon at the gym—the raspberry lime taste is subtle enough to mix into my morning shake without any chalky aftertaste. Three weeks in and I'm already noticing a real difference in my last few reps, and no bloating at all.

I’ve been taking this for three weeks and the raspberry lime flavor actually tastes good, which is rare for creatine. The fact that it doesn’t cause bloating is the selling point for me—my stomach feels flat even on heavy training days.
