Rio Piedra Plantation, GA

The guides really knew the land, making every covey rise feel natural and exciting. My dog was tired but happy after a full morning in the fields.

We drove down from Atlanta for a weekend shoot and the quail numbers were unbelievable, the dogs worked the field perfectly and the lodge itself was spotless with incredible Southern hospitality. The Orvis endorsement definitely lived up to the hype — every detail from the bird cleaning to the break

The quail hunting was well-organized, and the guides knew the land inside out—made the whole trip feel seamless. Only wish the lodge had a bit more evening seating, but the bird numbers made up for it.
