Steeping this for about five minutes brings out a sweetness that really does remind me of the rose-and-lemon Turkish delight I had in Istanbul. Zero caffeine means I can drink a cup after dinner without lying awake at 2am. The aroma alone is worth it.

The rooibos base is smooth enough that the sweetness doesn't feel cloying, and it really does carry that Turkish pastry vibe. I just wish the fruit notes came through a bit stronger, but it’s a lovely caffeine-free evening cup.
