Rory Gallagher, Dublin, 1981

The grain in this black-and-white shot gives it that authentic 1981 concert feel, and his expression mid-solo is frozen perfectly. Frame arrived clean and the contrast is spot on for a dark music room.

This print really captures his raw energy on stage in Dublin—you can almost hear the guitar through the still image. The black-and-white finish gives it a timeless concert feel.
