Michael M. ★★★★★

I was sad to see this is discontinued, but the way it holds its shape for amigurumi is unbeatable. The magic quality really shines through in the stitch definition.

Ruby ★★★★★

I was heartbroken when I found out this was discontinued, but I stocked up anyway—the way it knits up into that soft, squishy magic is just perfect for little Elmo and Cookie Monster projects. No needles needed, so it's genuinely a fun activity for my kids to help with, and the yarn holds its shape

Ruby X. ★★★☆☆

The hook-and-loop texture is fun to work with, but the strands fray a bit more than I'd like when I pull them apart. It's decent for a quick kids' project, though I'm not sure I'd buy more of it even if it were still in stock.
