切片刀 12" | Firestorm Alpha 系列 | Dalstrong ©

Broke down two whole turkeys for Thanksgiving and the long 12-inch blade glided through the joints without any sawing at all. The handle feels solid in my grip even when my hands were a little greasy from the meat.

The blade glides through a brisket like it’s butter—12 inches of pure slicing power that makes carving big cuts effortless. I’ve owned pricier knives that dulled faster, but this one’s edge held up through an entire holiday roast.

My first pass through a turkey breast felt like cutting through softened butter, the 12-inch blade doing all the work on its own. The way it moves through a roast is almost unfair, and the steel looks fierce on the counter too.
