The heat stays perfectly even across the whole surface, so my pancakes and eggs come out uniform every single time. It’s heavier than I expected, but that solid cast iron feel just makes it cook better. This griddle’s become my go-to for lazy weekend breakfasts.

It’s a solid piece of cast iron, and the flat surface gives you plenty of room for pancakes and eggs at once, but the weight is a real drawback if you’re not used to lifting it. Seasoning it took a couple tries before it stopped sticking, though once it did, the cooking results were consistent. Fine
