This neon is seriously eye-catching and the glossy finish lasts for days without chipping. I’ve gotten so many compliments since I started wearing it.

The neon is genuinely bright without looking chalky, and the creme finish dries down super glossy. I wore it four days before the first chip, which is rare for me. My only note is that you really do need a base coat, it stains a little.

Two coats gave me full opacity and the creme finish dried down glossy without a top coat, which I didn't expect from a neon. It lasted four days before the first chip, and that was only on my dominant hand.
