The liquor pours a deep amber and the leaves hold their shape beautifully through multiple steeps. I got three solid infusions from one small pot, and each cup kept that smooth, earthy warmth. It's a limited batch from Yuhang and it shows in the richness.

The warm climate of southern China really comes through in this black tea — it's smooth without any bitterness. I brewed it for three minutes and got a rich, deep flavor that lasted through three infusions. A lovely everyday tea from Yuhang.

The valleys around Yuhang really do seem to make a difference—this batch has a smoothness I haven't found in other black teas lately. Brewed it twice this morning and the second steep was just as rich, which surprised me for a limited production.
