Uki Hanae 藍杯

The blue glaze has a lovely depth that shifts in the light, and the hand-painted details feel really special. I've been using it for my morning tea and the ceramic stays warm just long enough without burning my hands.

The hand-painted floral pattern on this cup has such delicate brushwork, and each petal looks slightly different from the others. It's a bit lighter than I expected, which actually makes my morning coffee feel more elegant. Knowing it was made in Tajimi by artisans makes me appreciate it even more.

The blue glaze has this lovely uneven depth that catches the light differently each time. It's clearly been hand-painted, which gives it a character you just don't get from mass-produced cups. Only minor thing is the rim feels a bit thin for my liking, but it's still a beautiful piece for daily tea.
