Television, First Ave., NYC, 1977

The print arrived carefully rolled and the tonal range in the blacks is gorgeous for a street shot from that era. It’s the kind of image that makes you want to know what they were laughing about right before the shutter clicked.

The grain on this print gives it such an authentic 70s feel, and the way the guys are just lounging on that curb makes me feel like I'm right there with them. I've got it hung in my living room and it's a real conversation starter.

The black-and-white shot really captures that casual 1970s vibe—the band looks relaxed, not staged, which is exactly what I wanted for my music room. Print quality is sharp, though I wish the listing had mentioned the exact dimensions before I ordered.
