The smocking on the bodice stretches just enough that it never digs in, even after a full day of chasing my toddler around. I expected the jacquard stripe to feel stiff but it's soft right out of the wash.

The variegated smocking across the bodice gives it this textured, handmade feel that I keep noticing every time I wear it. Wore it for a lazy Sunday brunch and didn't want to change out of it after. The green jacquard stripe is even prettier in person.

The smocking along the straps is what sold me—it actually hugs without digging in, and the whole dress moves like a cloud when I walk. I’ve worn it for three straight afternoon naps and it somehow still looks put-together enough for a patio dinner after.
