The ruffled shoulders make my 8-month-old look like a tiny garden gnome, and the blue border pattern is even prettier in person. The elasticated smocking means it actually stays put while she crawls, which no other dress of hers manages.

The ruffled shoulders are adorable in person, and the A-line shape gives my little one plenty of room to wiggle. This washes beautifully, too—no pilling or fading after several cycles already.
