The Cars、Ric Ocasek，洛杉磯，1980

I hung this next to my turntable and the lighting in the photo makes Ric’s expression feel almost alive, like he’s about to step out of the frame. The archival paper has a nice weight to it that gives the whole piece a museum-quality feel.

The grain and shadow detail in this 1980 portrait of Ric Ocasek is exactly what I wanted for my music room—it feels like you're standing in the room with him. The black-and-white tones hold up beautifully in person, and the print arrived well-protected.

The lighting in this print really makes Ric's expression pop—it feels like he's about to step right off the wall. I’ve had it up for a week and still catch myself staring at the details in his jacket. A perfect slice of 1980 rock energy for any music room.
