The Chilli Jam Man 約克郡沃爾德辣椒醬

We had it with sharp cheddar on toast for lunch and that gentle heat crept up just enough to keep me reaching for another slice. The texture is lovely and jammy, not too sweet, and the chilli really does stay polite like the description says.

The heat level is exactly what I hoped for—a gentle warmth that builds as you eat, not a burn that ruins your toast. I've been spreading it on sharp cheddar crackers every afternoon, and it's made my lunch break feel like a proper occasion.

Got through a whole jar in a week just having it on cheese toasties at lunch. That slow heat builds nicely without ever burning, and it's got that proper homemade thickness that stays put on the bread.
