Gristmill 系列胡桃木轉盤

The walnut handle on this turner feels solid in my hand, and it’s held up well through a few heavy batches of stir-fry without any wobble. Only knock is the head could be a touch wider for flipping larger cuts, but it does the job fine.

It's a solid, well-balanced turner that flips pancakes easily, though I wish the walnut handle had a bit more finish to it—feels slightly raw after a few washes.
