The Ramones, Live at CBGB, 1979

Got it framed above my desk, and the crowd energy in this shot is just electric. The black-and-white grain feels authentic to that 1979 CBGB era, like you’re standing in the room with them.

Finally, a shot that really captures the raw energy of their CBGB set—Bob Gruen’s photo feels like you’re right there in the crowd. The black-and-white finish gives it that gritty, timeless punk vibe.

Came out sharper than I expected for a live shot from '79—Bob Gruen's lens really caught Joey's stance mid-song. The black-and-white grain gives it that raw CBGB feel without looking too grainy up close. Would've liked a slightly bigger print option, but it's a solid piece for the wall.
