The ruffled shoulders are just the sweetest detail, and the A-line cut gives my daughter room to wiggle and play without it bunching up. She's worn it three times already this week and it still looks as crisp as the day it arrived.

The elastic smocking makes it so easy to pull on over her head, and that A-line cut gives her room to twirl without any fuss. She’s already worn it three times this week and the ruffled shoulders are just the sweetest detail.
