觸感：為感官設計的空間

The five building blocks framework is genius—it made me rethink how light and materiality shape every room I walk into. I’ve already dog-eared half the pages of the 25 spaces, and the nature section alone is worth the price.

Finally, a book that explains why certain rooms just feel right—the breakdown of haptic design into light, materiality, and community is something I'll actually reference on my next project. The case studies across the 25 spaces are varied enough that I never got bored flipping through.

I’ve been skimming architecture books for years and this one finally made me slow down—the way it breaks down light and materiality across those 25 spaces feels almost meditative. The photography pairs so well with the haptic design discussions that I caught myself touching the pages.
