Torchbearer Sauces - 水牛城辣雞翅醬 | 340 克

This is the first buffalo sauce I've tried that actually balances the burn with that fruity undertone instead of just punishing my mouth. The 340g bottle lasted me through several wing nights and it's got enough kick to wake you up without needing a glass of milk after every bite.

The heat hits fast but settles into something warm rather than punishing, and the texture is thick enough to cling to wings without drowning them. I’ve used it on fried chicken and even as a dip for fries, and the balance keeps me coming back for more.

The fruity note behind the burn is what got me—it’s a proper buffalo sauce that still lets the pepper flavor shine instead of just punching you in the face. I’ve already gone through half the 340g bottle on wings and eggs, and the heat stays warm without that sharp sting.
