Hazel K. ★★★★★

The sachets dissolve completely in cold water with zero chalky lumps, which makes downing it post-run actually painless. I appreciate that the 3:1 carb-to-protein ratio doesn't sit heavy on my stomach, and the vitamin blend is a nice bonus for recovery days.

Lucy ★★★★★

After a long ride, the 3:1 carb-to-protein ratio really does the job—my legs felt noticeably less wrecked compared to just water or a plain shake. The powder mixed up smoothly in the bottle with no clumps, and the vitamin pack is a nice bonus for post-workout recovery.

Evelyn ★★★★★

The sachets dissolve instantly in cold water with no clumping, which makes post-ride recovery actually convenient. I've noticed my legs feel less wrecked the morning after a hard session, and the vitamin mix is a nice bonus I wasn't expecting.
