I appreciate how the lid seals tightly to keep flour fresh between baking sessions, and the rotating sifting mechanism is surprisingly smooth. It holds just enough for dusting a cake pan without making a mess.

The one-handed sifting is a game changer when I’m juggling a mixing bowl and a measuring cup. Being able to snap the lid back on and store the extra flour right in the same container means less mess and less waste.

It does sift flour pretty smoothly with one hand, which is handy, but the 8.8 oz size feels a bit small if I’m making a bigger batch of baked goods. The storage lid seals well enough, though I wish the sifting mechanism was a little easier to clean out completely.
