Van Halen, Eddie Van Halen, 1979

You can almost feel the energy of his 1979 tour just from the way he grips his guitar in this print. The silver-toned finish really makes the details pop against the dark background.

The lighting in this shot is incredible—you can almost feel the energy of that 1979 era just looking at it. Lynn Goldsmith really captured something timeless here, and it’s already the focal point of my music room.

The contrast in this black-and-white print really captures his intensity from that era, and the paper quality feels substantial and archival. It took about a week to arrive, which was a bit longer than expected, but the packaging was solid and the image itself is exactly what I hoped for.
