Opened a bottle with some grilled prawns and the floral nose hit me right away, exactly what I hoped for from a Rías Baixas. That crisp, refreshing acidity kept every sip lively from start to finish, and it disappeared far too fast.

That floral nose is exactly what I hoped for from an Albariño, and the crisp acidity cut right through a heavy seafood paella. It's bright and refreshing without being sharp, perfect for a warm evening. This one's going on my regular rotation.
