The wine still tastes like it came straight from the vineyard with those small, dense clusters of Albariño giving it a real depth of fruit. I opened it with a seafood dinner and it kept its bright acidity all the way through, which is exactly what I wanted.

The compact little clusters of Albariño really come through here—this 2022 has that classic Rías Baixas brightness without any heavy-handed winemaking getting in the way. Opened it with some seafood last night and the whole bottle disappeared.
