The vanilla flavor mixes up super smooth with just water, which is a huge win for mornings when I'm rushing. It’s genuinely filling enough to keep me from snacking until lunch, and knowing it’s fully vegan makes it an easy choice.

I’m halfway through my second bag and the vegan ingredient list is what sold me, but the fact that it actually keeps me full until lunch without the mid-morning crash is the real win. Fits perfectly into my chaotic work-from-home schedule when I don’t have time to cook.

The scoop is so fine it dissolves in cold water with just a quick shake, no clumps left at the bottom of my bottle. I’m down five pounds in three weeks and honestly don’t feel hungry between meals, which never happened with other powders I’ve tried.
