Werthers Creamy Filling 3Kg

I was nervous about buying such a large tub, but the creamy texture blends perfectly into my cheesecake batter without any lumps. It saved me so much time compared to making my own filling from scratch.

The 3kg tub is a serious amount for the price, and it’s been perfect for filling dozens of croissants without running out. It spreads on smoothly and has that rich, buttery taste that really elevates the pastry.

My Danish pastry recipe called for a filling that wouldn't leak during baking, and this creamy tub handled that beautifully—it held its shape but melted on the tongue. Three kilos is a lot, but it's perfect for my weekend baking marathons.
