The buttery flavor is so delicate and pleasant, it makes a simple bowl of rice feel special. I love that it stays light and fluffy without getting mushy, even after a day in the fridge.

It clings together perfectly for scooping with a fork, but each grain stays separate and not mushy. That buttery flavor comes through mild and pleasant, even on its own.

The floral scent while it cooks is just lovely, and the grains come out perfectly separate with that buttery texture. This is the first jasmine rice I've tried that actually clings together without being sticky.
