I usually steep white teas for 3 minutes and this one held up perfectly—the minty finish cuts through the floral sweetness just enough to keep every cup interesting. The White Peony base gives it a soft, delicate body that I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week.

The dry leaves smell like a garden in bloom, and once steeped, that white peony base turns silky-smooth with a refreshing coolness on the swallow. I've been brewing it iced in the afternoons and the floral notes hold up beautifully even when cold.

The minty finish sneaks up right after the soft white peony petals, which makes every sip a little surprise. Brews a pale golden cup that stays smooth even when I forget it's steeping for a minute too long.
