Boiled up al dente in about nine minutes and held its bite even after sitting in sauce for a bit. The texture is genuinely nutty and hearty, which makes a simple garlic and olive oil toss feel like a proper meal.

The resting period before drying really seems to make a difference—each strand holds its shape without turning mushy, even when I accidentally left it in the water a minute too long. I’ve already gone back for three more boxes.
