The 20 picture cards are sturdier than I expected, and each one gives you something real to talk about instead of the usual small talk. My sister and I ended up lingering over the fern and river cards for almost an hour.

I brought these out at a dinner where conversation kept stalling, and the woodland and river cards got everyone talking about places they used to visit. Twenty cards feels like the right amount, not so many that you're overwhelmed flipping through them. The artwork alone makes them worth leaving out

The bird illustrations on these cards are gorgeous, and the prompts actually got my teenagers talking at dinner instead of staring at their phones. Twenty cards feels like the right amount too, since we can work through a few a week without repeating ourselves.
