Wrist Cupping Handle – 40mm

Got this for my finger containment work and the 40mm width hits the sweet spot—wide enough to really load the wrist without slipping. The machining is smooth, no sharp edges to chew up your hand even during longer sessions. It’s quickly become my go-to for dynamic warmups.

This 40mm diameter feels perfect for toproll practice—my fingers lock into the containment grip without any slipping. The precision machining is obvious in how smoothly the handle sits in my palm during dynamic wrist work.

The knurling is aggressive enough that my hand stays locked in during toproll practice, even when my palm gets sweaty. My finger containment work feels way more controlled now, and the 40mm width forces my wrist to stay in a stronger position through the whole pull.
