I was a little nervous about how small they'd be, but the hand-cut detail on this little horse is really something. You can see the glaze pooled in the grooves and each one has its own character.

The deep brown glaze catches the light beautifully, making the horse’s mane look almost textured. I placed it on my desk and it’s a nice little conversation starter about the zodiac.

The hand-cut details really show in the glaze—each stripe has its own subtle variation that photos don't fully capture. It's got a nice weight to it, feels solid on my shelf. Even the little imperfections in the firing make it feel more like a one-of-a-kind piece than a mass-produced trinket.
